2 Buns

I promised you guys I would give you some more stuff on heatless styling for our weaves (or our real hair). Hopefully you guys liked the braid-out idea; and if so you'll probably love my the bantu knot-out idea.
To get the buns you have to do two big bantu knots as shown below. First  you brush your hair and separate it into two sections. Then you pick a side and do one big single stranded twist, twisting in the direction that is going away from your ear. So if you are twisting the left side, twist to the left (or outside). Then take your big twist and pull it up and around and continue until you have  a nice tight bun. Secure with a ponytail,  continue on the other side; and your done. :)

I usually put my buns in before bed and wrap it as shown below with both a head scarf (to secure my leave out) and a bonnet.

This method is super easy and it only should take you 5 mins.

I stole a few instagram pics to show you guys some of my looks with my buns...you can find me on instagram with my name gspotownit!

Check out Part 1 and Part 2 of the videos I just posted on youtube that should better explain this technique.

I hope this was helpful! Feel free to let me know if there are any other styling techniques that you guys would like me to do.

  1. It looks great! I can't believe that's heat-less. Does the weave you have in have an invisible middle part?
